“Keane was very professional and had amazing communication. His quote was the best price AND he was able to pick up the same day. I reached out on a Sunday afternoon and he was in my driveway within less than 2 hours! We will definitely be using Northeast Florida Junk Removal in the future.”
Who we are
A New Yorker who stayed
Keane Brennan first came to Amelia Island in 2010, liked it enough to keep coming back, and moved here for good in 2016. He started North East Florida Junk Removal in 2021.
The idea wasn't complicated: turn up when you say you will, quote the job rather than the hour, and leave the place clean. Five years on, that's still the whole business, and it's still run by the person who started it.
We're a small crew, so you're dealing with the same few people from the quote to the sweep up. Nobody hands you off to a dispatcher.
Since 2021 Registered in Florida as Northeast Florida
Junk Removal LLC, and trading every year since.
What we run
Enough truck for
most of it
Trailers for household loads and yard debris, and a machine when something has to come down. Residential and commercial, same crew either way.
- Free estimates, and we price the job rather than the hour
- Call or text seven days, 8am to 6pm
- Licensed and insured
- Clean metal goes out as scrap instead of into a hole
How we work
Four things we hold to
We quote the job
Not an hourly rate that grows while you watch it. You get a price for the job before we start, so you can say yes or no to a number.
We answer
Call or text, seven days, 8am to 6pm. Sunday afternoon is a normal time to hear back, and same day is often possible.
We carry it
You don't need to drag anything to the curb before we get there. Upstairs, back yard, wherever it sits.
We sweep up
The spot is left clean. Metal goes out as scrap rather than into a hole.

Since 2021, out of Yulee, owner run the whole time and registered in Florida under the business name.
