Why is a garage quoted as a range?
Because until the front of it's moved, nobody can see the back wall. We give you the range up front and land inside it. We don't discover a reason to go higher halfway through.
Can you do an estate or a rental turnover?
Yes. Those are usually a whole property in one visit, and we can work to a deadline if you have a closing or a new tenant coming.
Will you set things aside for me to keep?
Yes, just tell us before we start. Sorting as we go is normal.
