Demolition

Interior strip-outs through to a house on the ground and gone. We bring the machine and we take the pile with us.

Scope

Two very different jobs

People use one word for both of these, and they price nothing alike. Worth knowing which one you're asking for.

Questions

Demolition questions

Do you handle the permit?

Tell us what the job is and we'll tell you what it needs. Permitting depends on the structure and the county, so we would rather talk it through than give you a blanket answer that turns out to be wrong.

Do you take the debris away too?

Yes. Tearing it down and leaving the pile isn't a finished job. Haul off is part of the work.

Can you do interior only?

That's a lot of what we do. Cabinets, flooring, partition walls and fixtures out, structure untouched, ready for the next trade.

A photo and a rough size is enough for us to tell you whether it's a morning or a week.
