Services
Five things we get called for. Most jobs are a mix of two of them, and that's fine, it's still one visit and one price.

Junk Removal
One sofa or a whole house. You point at it, we carry it out.

Demolition
If it’s standing and you want it gone, this is the one.
- Sheds
- Decks
- Fencing
- Docks
- Pergolas
- Carports
- Interior strip-outs
- Mobile homes
- Slabs & driveways

Property Cleanouts
A property emptied front to back, however full it is.
- Walk it You show us the rooms. No sorting needed first.

- Concrete & block Crushed for fill

Land Clearing

Quoting
What we look at
We price the job rather than the hour, so the number comes off the pile itself. Five things decide it.
- Room on the truck. The main one. A sofa and a garage are different jobs because one fills a corner and the other fills the bed.
- Weight. Concrete, tile, roofing and soil are heavy for the space they take, and the transfer station charges by weight.
- The carry. Curbside is quicker than a second-floor bedroom or the far end of a back yard.
- Whether it comes apart first. A hot tub, a shed and a built-in wardrobe have to come down before anything moves.
- Anything with its own disposal route. Mattresses, tires and anything holding refrigerant can’t go in with general waste.

Limits
What we can’t take
Almost everything in a house, a garage or a job site is fair game. The exceptions are the things a transfer station won’t accept from us:
- Wet paint and solvents
- Fuel, oil and propane tanks
- Asbestos, and anything suspected of it
- Medical and biohazard waste
Not sure what something counts as? Send a photo and we’ll tell you straight. Clean metal doesn’t go to the tip at all, it goes out as scrap.

Questions
Picking the right one
What if my job is two of these at once?
Most of them are. A cleanout that turns into a demolition partway through is still one visit and one price, and we'd rather find that out at the quote than on the day.
Do I need to work out which service I need before I call?
No. Describe it in a sentence or send a photo. Working out which one it is, or whether it's two of them, is our job rather than yours.
Do you work for businesses as well as households?
Yes. Construction cleanup and property cleanouts are a lot of what we do for builders, agents and property managers, alongside the household work.
Not sure which one you need?
Most people are not. Describe it in a sentence or send a photo and we'll tell you what it is and what it costs.
